When my Creator's Love Dawned in my Mourning

This album came out of much loss, grief, loneliness and pain. A time when I felt utterly overwhelmed by storms that came barreling into my life in relentless waves leaving me collapsed on the very foundations of my Faith. A time when my music, my song was only tears and heart cries. And although some of these songs were born years ahead of this particular season of tribulation, others were born through those present passing storms...

It was an immense time in God's Word, in prayerful reflection, and with raw transparency as I had never had before. Allowing God to minister Himself, His Love, His Word to me in a profoundly broad yet intricate way that continues to work in me. Lord Jesus gave me the strength, ability and purpose to create and share Resplendent Love of The Creator. It is my prayer that this album touches your heart and that you experience the Resplendent Love of The Creator too. This Eternal Love Story was written for all of us.

If I may encourage you to take in the imagery, the written expressions and lyrics below prior to listening for the first time, I believe it will provide a more complete experience.

1. Shalom

"Made complete, whole, in the fullness of peace and wellness in every area, restored to perfection as God Alone can do. Shofar-the horn of cloven, clean animal such as a ram used for trumpeting; The Call to God’s people to return to Him, to worship and the sounds of Victory before His Enemies.

Before the Beginning… hear His Voice and Appeal; The Invitation, The Protection, The Covenant, His Law and Character, The Life Journey, The Sacrifice, The Eternal, The Great King of the Universe Who Alone is God. Pure and Holy. His Gifts and Promise, His Joy, He is Love and He Longs for you.

A Feast. A Celebration. He is Dancing and Singing over you. Will you come away with Him? Will you dance with Him? Will you sing with Him? An Eternal Love beyond the limits of time, for always and ever in Him with Him. This is for those who’ll believe Him and will be Restored and Reconciled through Him, for Him, by Him and…He is all for you!"

2. Words You Speak

"Just like a grain of sand my life feels so small. With just one touch from Your Hand everything is possible. And now Lord I lift to You all of my fears and receive Your Promises the Words You Speak over me.

3. Broke Free

"Persecution, loneliness, bound, longing for freedom… The imagery of an incredibly beautiful extraordinary giant raptor struggling to be free from captivity as it is bound and tied to the ground. It struggles against the ropes binding its legs unable to fly or lift from the ground it cries out.

People gather to scoff and taunt with shouting, intimidation and winnowing forks, mocking its attempt to be free. The people celebrated the capture of such a creature. The agony sets in as the bird cries wearily with bowed head.

Then Light parts the sky near the creature and a Hand comes through it tearing the ropes in one swift movement loosening the creature. As the people are pushed down and away by the Hand the creature arouses from its brokenness and looks skyward and begins to beat its wings… slowly lifting from the ground, higher and higher.

The wings begin beating full strength as she gains height. She begins to sing crying out in joy and ecstasy to be freed from her tormentors and bondage, free to fly, free to soar and sing, and free to be who she is meant to be. She continues to gaze upward into the Brightness of the Son.

Over a great mountain she soars as she pounds her wings as jubilance courses through her whole body. Higher and higher she flies into the Blazing Brightness of The Son until she is seen no more."

4. Resplendent Love of The Creator

"HOLY HOLY

LORD OF HOSTS CREATOR

ALL CREATION SINGS, ALL CREATION SINGS

In the beginning God Created the Heavens and the Earth…and everything in them.

Beyond Beautiful... Pure... Perfect... All Creation Sings!

Creator God rejoiced that it was very good. He Made, in His Image Man, Woman, Marriage. He Made the 7th Day Holy for all to Rest and Enjoy Him and His creation forever; His Seal on His Work...all His Great Gifts including free will….

It was after this that Evil, the Deceiver Satan, the Accuser and the Liar, a fallen angel by his own free will, spoke his words and planted his corruption in humanity…presenting an alternative option to swallow…free will…

The Heart of The Creator was crushed, pierced, wounded, bruised… and He grieved…Free Will…He Loves…

“Where…are… you?” God called longingly to be with Man and Woman…the answer finally came…free will…

All’s not lost. God is also fully Savior, Healer and Deliverer. Nothing is impossible for Him. He had already Chosen to Place Himself between us and the Serpent. Thus the unveiling of His Love Story began...

And so His Promise and Proposal He Spoke, and through time, Presented to humanity the choice to say I do or I do not to Him. He never changes and He cannot deny Who He is. There is no evil in Him…He is Love. He’s given us a choice of who we’ll believe and who we will love…free will.

Love does not force. He does hear the cries of the heart when we’re looking for Him too, asking, “Where are You?” And He Comes and will always Come to those who call upon His Name. He set into time His Redemptive and Restorative Plan to Make All Things New, at just the right time.

When all things have been made new by Him, there will be no evil… Because of His Infinite Love, none of its corrupt seed and effects will remain or ever be again. All Creation sings. This is the Resplendent Love of the Creator."

5. Cageless

"He whom the Son sets free is free indeed! He wants us free, totally free. When Jesus, The Deliverer, opens the “cage” it may take time to realize and find the courage to leave, escaping the spiritual, mental, emotional and even physical consequences of the cage and who/what put us there. A teeny spark of hope begins as one considers what being “cageless” could mean. Freedom is just beyond the open door. Facing the fears, ever so slowly, cautiously, your measure of faith activates. Are you really truly free?

Gaining strength and confidence discovering that you are free, a life surging joy emerges, embracing that you are free, a Freedom that only Christ can give. Must find The Way, believe The Truth and live The Life. Open heart and mind and receive. Jesus is Gentle, Tender and waiting for us to come and realize we are “cageless” in Him and can live “cageless” in Him.

Run with Him in the wide open of His Arms and know in Him you are free. As free and thrilled as any uncaged creature The Creator has made; like the wild horse whose battle with fears can explode into a sight of beauty, grace, joy and power running over an open plain… absolutely cageless."

6. Transitional Elegance

"Life is seasonal and many seasons can be occurring at one time even overlapping one another. Seasons can be overwhelming with various extremes and with sudden peaceful or exasperating transitions.

How we choose to exercise our free will, our faith, our movements within those transitions and seasons are critical to the greatest transition, transitioning from sleep into life (being born of The Spirit) and life into sleep (when we die in this life). The Creator has a special Rest for those who put their trust in Him.

At any point in our seasons, and many times in our life we can ask Him to be our Savior and Birth us into living in His Transitional Elegance, a place of Rest and Security in Him through life’s many seasons, simply centered in Him. Let us cease our striving and be still and know that He is God.

He makes all things beautiful in its time, even the most painful. When we pass from this life in Him we go to sleep until He Awakens us for Eternity. The epitome of Transitional Elegance is being with Him forever… and ever."

7. All For You

"You have seen it all You know what’s happened to me. You’ve seen betrayals and all my grief. It’s been a struggle Lord for me to find the strength to come to You and leave it all behind, finding my voice again singing through the pain.

I give my heart away. I give my life to You. I give my life away. I give it all to You Lord.

You know my heart and mind. You know everything. The Light of Your Truth exposes all my sin. Forgive me Father teach me Your Way. Your Faithfulness Oh God, and Unfailing Love I pray. Keep Your Word in me loving to obey.

You feel my loneliness You know what I need. It’s hard to trust again but You will never leave. Your call is on my life help me to believe. Protect me Mighty God let me not be deceived. Open my heart again fearing You more than them.

Quietly I hear You say these Words comforting my heart.

“I Gave My Heart away. I Gave My Life for you. I Gave My Life for you. I Gave it All for you, child. This is what Love is…this is what True Love is”.
