Creeping Things
"The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever: the judgements of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.
More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb."
Psalms 19 : 9, 10
There's probably no other creature as hard working and diligent as the insect. Anyone who has had the opportunity to witness honeybees going about their business gathering nectar and dusting pollen as they go from flower to flower or the ants as they setup their organized chain of command patrolling a food scene for the colony, it begs the question, has our Lord Jesus established an example for us to learn from these creatures? How about the essential work of the beetles or the gardening contributions of the earthworm?
Anyone who gardens knows that their presence in the soil is of utmost importance to grow the vast variety of fruits and vegetables that we enjoy... Yes even arachnids like those spiders have the task of managing the ecosystem and health of the outside world around and under our feet, many of them with their own unique and exotic beauty despite the potential fear that may come with them.
